These terms and conditions explain your rights and obligations in relation to this website (Brother2Brother).

If you continue to browse and purchase any goods through the website then you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

Brother2Brother may change these terms and conditions when updating this page, continued use of this site shall mean you are bound by the new updates of these terms.

NHS Discount

To show our appreciation to all of the NHS workers who have been working continuously throughout these difficult times, we will be offering a 10% discount code to help with your purchases. 

To redeem the 10% discount code, all you have to do is e-mail our Customer Service Department - customerservice@brother2brother.co.uk with a copy of your NHS I.D and one of our representatives will be able to send you the code.

Please note all orders must be placed in the same name as the identity card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order. This applies to full-priced products only.

Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Brother2Brother UK.

We retain the right to alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The goods are subject to availability if on the receipt of your order. The goods you have ordered were shown in stock but become unavailable (N/A). Then we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of the easiest delivery date. You have the right of cancellation due to non-availability (N/A).

Should you wish to cancel your order at this point, you must immediately send an e-mail to our Customer Service Department (customerservice@brother2brother.co.uk) stating your order number for example (WEB_____) and that you wish to cancel your order. On receipt of this email, we will issue you a full refund to the original card you paid with only.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods back to us at your own cost.

By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying the goods (including passing your details on to couriers and other sub-contractors).

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we dispatch you the goods.

We may at our total discretion reject your order.

All terms and conditions agreed on our website are governed by laws within England and Wales and you are able to bring legal proceedings in respect of the products to English courts.

On receiving the goods, once signed for by the recipient they are the responsibility of the signee. On receiving your parcel, if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with the recipient should refuse acceptance of the parcel and contact us immediately.

If the consignee or business is unavailable or closed, with authorisation from Brother2Brother or the consignee, parcels can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour by our couriers. Authorisation can be given via third party courier applications, directly with the courier or by Brother2Brother. If the item is left in a safe place no signature will be required on delivery of the parcel.


All displayed prices are based upon and originate in British Pounds Sterling, which may be displayed in other currencies for your convenience and always include the value-added tax (VAT).

When an order is placed, this is an offer. If the pricing is indicated incorrectly we hold the right to refuse the sale and issue a full refund back to the payment method used.

We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 20%

The cost of transporting goods (Courier & Insurance Costs) are as set out within our Delivery Policy and are based on the shipping location.

These carriers and insurance costs shall be added to the price to be paid by you.

The description and price of the goods you order will be as at the time you place your order, regardless of any further currency rate changes and regardless of when your order payment was made.

If you are a non-United Kingdom Customer we are only able to refund the VAT amount if you are a VAT Registered Company in your country of registration. 

We will require this before we can refund the VAT back to your credit card.

Please be advised that our images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a devices’ display of the colours accurately reflects the colours of the product. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort for sizing, dimensions the measurements on our website are approximate only.


An event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including for example strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

 If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

 If you are not available when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, our courier service will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

If the courier service has provided you with an estimated delivery time frame and this was not delivered during this, the delays are beyond our control and we are not liable for this. 

If you do not re-arrange delivery. If you do not collect the products from  as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.

Claims With Courier Service

In a rare instance that your parcel wasn’t delivered or appears to have been delivered incorrectly a claim will need to be raised with the courier service, this is where they perform investigation checks that consist of GPS tracking and interviews with the driver.

Whilst a claim is in process, we’re unable to process a replacement or issue a refund until this has been resolved.

If you have received a parcel and an item appears to be missing, we would need to perform an investigation to ensure we sent the item, we would then need to raise the claim with the courier service.  We would require as much evidence as possible to submit the claim, if the packaging appeared to of been tampered with, we require photographic evidence.

If your order is being sent via DPD logistics, DPD will not leave your parcel in a safe place due to their policy with us. 

If you have opted for the parcel to be left in a safe place, this is solely under your own discretion and we will not be held responsible should the parcel appear to be missing. 

Please be advised we can only submit a claim within 14 days of the parcel being dispatched from our warehouse, any time after this we are not accountable. We urge you to contact us immediately should you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery time or if an item is missing.
