Our Couriers have also ensured that they will be able to deliver without any interruption. Our main delivery company DPD have started using contactless delivery methods so that you can receive your parcels/orders without having to come into contact with their driver.
Our staff are taking all the necessary steps to ensure that they follow company and government guidance and will be making sure that they sanitise on a regular basis both within our stores and whilst processing orders.

We offer standard delivery on all online orders within the UK - this will be delivered within 2-5 working days of your order.
There is a standard delivery charge of £2.95 for this service
Orders placed online over £70 will qualify for FREE Standard Delivery - valid for UK shipping only and only includes full priced item(s) only.
Standard deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD.
All orders over the amount of £250 will be dispatched via FedEx.
All orders placed before 3 pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability) - Please be aware that during sales or promotions processing times may be longer.
On rare occasions, your order may be split into two deliveries due to stock levels at our central warehouse.
Upon dispatching your order, you shall receive either a SMS notification or e-mail with the tracking information providing you with an estimated time-frame of the delivery.
We understand that on some occasions, you may not be at the delivery address to retrieve the parcel. However, DPD logistics company has several options available for you on their MyDPD app which are the following; leave with a neighbour, collect from a DPD pick up store.
Our chosen courier services will not leave your parcel in a safe place due to our policy with them.
We offer a next day delivery on all online orders within the UK - this will be dispatched using a next day delivery service - either DPD or Royal Mail.
There is a standard delivery fee of £5.95 for this service
Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 3 pm Monday - Friday - orders placed after this time or on a weekend will be dispatched the next working day (subject to stock availability).
Please note we do not process any orders on UK Bank Holidays.
We also offer an express delivery service where we guarantee you will receive your parcel on the next working day - before 10:30 am.

If purchasing from outside of the UK, you can find out which delivery charge applies to your country by proceeding to the checkout and selecting your country of shipping from the drop-down menu.
This will then automatically re-assign the correct delivery zone and postal rate.
All International and European deliveries will be dispatched via FedEx International Priority.
Brother2Brother cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other issues beyond the control of Brother2Brother.

Please be aware of any delays at customs in International deliveries due to countries effected by coronavirus lockdowns are out of our control.
Due to recent changes in the UK and EU's trade agreement, customers living within the EU will no longer be charged VAT, on their purchases.
Please note, your order will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. FedEx will contact you in advance of delivering the goods.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise on what the cost might be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to obtain the current charges before completing your purchase.
Please note, we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
Should the order be dispatched and custom fees and duties are refused the goods will be returned back to us. We hold the right to deduct the shipping fee and return charges from the refund amount.
