INTERNET RETURNS POLICY

How to return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or give a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.Please note that this applies to on line purchases only.

Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-removed labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an exchange on the day of receipt of goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.

We strongly recommend for security when sending items back you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.

If you wish, you can take an item into one of our stores for an exchange only. They will be unable to issue a refund.

If you receive an incorrect item.
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered please contact our customer services team by email or telephone. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Special Offers, Promotions and Discounts
If when you return an item, you no longer qualify for a promotional offer or discount, Brother2Brother may choose to cancel the discount or promotional offer on that order.

International Customers
Unfortunately, due to import charges, Brother2Brother is unable to accept returns from any International sale outside of the European Union. Items purchased from the website from outside Europe are sold 'as seen.'

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
